class UnifiedPushReceiver : EmbeddedDistributorReceiver

Implements EmbeddedDistributorReceiver, used only if the application doesn't expose another receiver extending it.

Thanks to this receiver, applications don't need to extend EmbeddedDistributorReceiver if they use a VAPID key.
